Freelance Development Workers
We have a team of freelance development workers and instructors with a wide range of skill sets that we can call on to work with groups. We ensure that every instructor is both qualified and experienced in delivering PSED within a safe, supportive environment.
Qualifications
- AALA Certified
- Yearly internal verification to ensure everyone has up to date and relevant qualifications to deliver activities
Experience
- We build a personal relationship with all of our freelance instructors
- Many live locally and are involved in other aspects of Wiston Lodge
