Jump into autumn with our week of activities for children during the school break. From Monday October 17 to Friday 21, we’ll keep children warm and busy – toasting marshmallows, carving pumpkins, rafting and building dens plus… a day of video making with special guests from BBC TV!

Every day runs from 9.30am-3.30pm and is mostly aimed at primary age children, with one day where older children (ages 8-15) can join the fun. We’re so excited to be running a film-making day on Wednesday with special guests, BBC Scotland presenters Amy Irons and Lewis Irons. The brother and sister journalists have plenty of experience working with children and young people through charity work, and are looking forward to a fun day of sharing their media skills here at Wiston Lodge, putting together a spooky story!
Participants will learn how to make and edit short video clips, tell a story to camera, or work behind the scenes. Special effects make-up artist Olivia Hammond will be joining them to help make the transformation! This slot will be best suited to slightly older children and young people, but under-8s can still be booked in on Wednesday for adventure activities.

Tickets are £34 per child per day and they will need to bring a packed lunch and consent form. These can be downloaded on the link. Book spaces below.
We’re so excited to be able to offer a week combining adventure and creativity outside! Look forward to seeing you!
