Keltbray on a high

Successfactory
has been bringing clients to Wiston Lodge for three years on leadership and safe-working programmes. In December we welcomed them back for the first time since the pandemic began, with teams from energy infrastructure company Keltbray.

Twelve participants on the first day and nine on the second were good numbers to work with as we tailored activities for social distancing and Covid safety. The days began with the all important breakfast rolls and coffee, before moving into a morning of sessions led by the Successfactory facilitators. Lunch of freshly made soup was a chance to warm-up before getting stuck into our high rope challenges in the afternoon with our instructors. Keltbray’s teams rose to the challenge not only of keeping colleagues at height safe, but keeping themselves safely spaced out while on the ground too.

We were amazed at the height reached with the crates – 15 on the first day and a record breaking (for Wiston Lodge) 18 on the second!

Great teamwork by Keltbray and a great success for us too in our first chance to deliver some of our high-impact activities under Covid safety adherence. It was especially good to hear laughter and the cowbell ringing out across the ropes again. We’re looking forward working with Successfactory and its clients again later this year.
